1. Cài đặt và đăng nhập
Tải bộ cài WukongPack-win-Setup.exe và mở. Nếu Windows báo “Windows đã bảo vệ máy tính của bạn”, bấm Thêm thông tin › Vẫn chạy.
Lần đầu mở, chọn Đăng ký: nhập tên tài khoản, mật khẩu (ít nhất 8 ký tự), email và mã xác thực gửi tới email. Nếu có Mã mời của người quen, nhập vào để được dùng thử 7 ngày thay vì 3 ngày.
Đã có tài khoản thì chọn Đăng nhập tài khoản. Quên mật khẩu: bấm Quên mật khẩu? và lấy lại bằng email.
2. Chuẩn bị camera
Một camera: đặt camera nhìn toàn bộ bàn đóng gói, dùng kèm máy quét mã (hoặc để camera tự đọc mã).
Hai camera: camera chính nhìn toàn bàn; camera thứ hai chiếu xuống chỗ đặt vận đơn để tự đọc mã.
Ở cột Camera, chọn Một camera hoặc Hai camera, rồi chọn thiết bị và độ phân giải. Nếu vừa cắm camera, bấm biểu tượng làm mới cạnh dòng trạng thái.
Dùng hai camera mà một chiếc không lên hình: cắm hai camera vào hai cổng USB ở hai phía khác nhau của máy.
3. Ghi đơn
Một camera
Bấm Bắt đầu ở cột bên phải để vào màn hình làm việc.
Quét mã vận đơn bằng máy quét (hoặc đưa vận đơn trước camera nếu đã bật Quét mã bằng camera). Phần mềm bắt đầu quay ngay.
Đóng gói xong, quét mã đơn tiếp theo: phần mềm tự lưu video đơn trước và quay đơn mới. Mỗi video dài tối đa theo Thời lượng ghi (mặc định 600 giây).
Hai camera
Chế độ giao hàng: bấm Bắt đầu giao hàng, đặt vận đơn dưới camera thứ hai. Phần mềm tự đọc mã và quay; khi lấy vận đơn ra, phần mềm đếm ngược rồi dừng và lưu.
Chế độ hoàn trả: bấm Bắt đầu hoàn trả, quét mã bằng máy quét, mở hàng trước camera. Quét đơn tiếp theo để lưu đơn trước.
Mẹo khi đang quay
Camera chính tự phóng to vùng đã chọn sau Độ trễ phóng to, giữ trong Thời lượng phóng to. Kéo khung trên hình để đổi vùng phóng to.
Nhấp chuột phải vào hình để mở cài đặt hiển thị (khóa khung, cửa sổ vận đơn, xoay hình).
Gõ vào ô Ghi chú và bấm Gửi để chữ hiện trên video (ví dụ: “thiếu 1 món”).
Quét lại một mã đã ghi: phần mềm xử lý theo cài đặt Mã vận đơn trùng.
4. Xem lại video
Thẻ Hôm nay ở màn hình chính cho biết số đơn đã ghi, gửi hàng, hoàn hàng, đã lên mây và các đơn mới nhất.
Bấm Xem bản ghi (nút màu cam trên cùng) để tìm theo mã đơn, lọc theo ngày hoặc loại, mở video, mở thư mục, trích ảnh từ video, nén/xuất để gửi cho sàn, hoặc xóa (vào Thùng rác).
Thẻ Đám mây trong cửa sổ này hiện video đã sao lưu, kể cả video quay bằng điện thoại; bấm để xem hoặc tải về.
Video được lưu theo ngày trong thư mục lưu video, tên tệp gồm thời gian và mã vận đơn.
5. Cài đặt
Ghi hình: Âm thanh ghi (tắt tiếng / âm thanh máy / máy + mic) và Bộ mã hóa: H.264 xem được trên mọi máy, H.265 tiết kiệm dung lượng hơn.
Quét mã: cách xử lý Mã vận đơn trùng; Quy tắc quét mã (loại ký tự, độ dài, số lần xác nhận, tiền tố) giúp bỏ qua mã vạch sản phẩm.
Lưu trên máy này: Thư mục lưu video và dung lượng còn trống; Tự xóa video cũ với số ngày giữ (7–180 ngày).
Đám mây Wukong: bật Tự sao lưu lên đám mây để mỗi đơn quay xong tự lên mây. Tệp trên mây lưu 3 tháng; tệp trên máy vẫn được giữ.
Mọi thay đổi được lưu tự động.
6. Hội viên
Góc trên bên phải hiện gói và số ngày còn lại (cam khi còn ≤ 3 ngày, đỏ khi hết hạn). Bấm vào để mở Trung tâm hội viên / gia hạn hoặc đăng xuất.
Gia hạn: chọn loại gói (Cá nhân, Cửa hàng, Kho), chọn tháng/quý/năm và quét mã VietQR bằng ứng dụng ngân hàng. Thời hạn được cộng tự động sau khi chuyển khoản.
Trong trung tâm hội viên còn có: nhập mã quà tặng, lấy mã mời (bạn bè thanh toán lần đầu, bạn được tặng 30 ngày), và gỡ máy cũ khi đổi máy.
Ứng dụng trên điện thoại dùng chung tài khoản; số điện thoại được dùng bằng số máy tính của gói.
7. Cập nhật và hỗ trợ
Phần mềm tự tải bản mới; khi sẵn sàng, góc trên hiện nút xanh “Đã có phiên bản…”, bấm để khởi động lại và cập nhật (không làm gián đoạn đơn đang quay).
Menu Thêm (···): đổi ngôn ngữ, Gửi nhật ký cho hỗ trợ khi gặp lỗi, Kiểm tra cập nhật, xem phiên bản.
Không thấy camera? Cắm lại USB, bấm biểu tượng làm mới cạnh trạng thái camera, đóng các phần mềm khác đang dùng camera (Zalo, Zoom…).
Mất mạng có quay được không? Có, tối đa 7 ngày kể từ lần kiểm tra trực tuyến gần nhất, trong thời hạn hội viên. Video lên mây khi có mạng trở lại.
Video không lên mây? Kiểm tra: đã bật sao lưu, gói đã thanh toán (dùng thử không có đám mây), dung lượng chưa đầy. Trạng thái hiện ngay dưới công tắc sao lưu.
Đổi máy tính mới? Đăng nhập trên máy mới; nếu báo đủ số máy, vào trung tâm hội viên gỡ máy cũ.
Ổ đĩa sắp đầy? Bật Tự xóa video cũ hoặc chọn thư mục lưu ở ổ khác.

1. Install and sign in
Download WukongPack-win-Setup.exe and open it. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info › Run anyway.
The first time, choose Register: enter an account name, a password (at least 8 characters), your email and the code sent to it. With a friend's invite code, the trial is 7 days instead of 3.
With an existing account, choose Sign in. Forgot the password? Click Forgot password? and reset it by email.
2. Set up cameras
Single camera: point one camera at the whole packing table and use a barcode scanner (or let the camera read the code).
Dual camera: the main camera sees the whole table; the second points down at where the shipping label goes and reads it automatically.
In the Camera column choose Single camera or Dual camera, then the device and resolution. After plugging in a camera, click the refresh icon next to the status line.
If one of two cameras shows no picture, plug them into USB ports on different sides of the computer.
3. Record orders
Single camera
Click Start work in the right column to open the work screen.
Scan the order number with the scanner (or hold the label to the camera if Camera barcode scanning is on). Recording starts at once.
When packed, scan the next order: the previous video is saved and a new one starts. Each video lasts at most the Recording duration (600 seconds by default).
Dual camera
Shipping mode: click Start shipping and place the label under the second camera. It reads the code and records; when you remove the label it counts down, then stops and saves.
Return mode: click Start return, scan with the scanner and open the parcel in front of the camera. Scan the next order to save the previous one.
Tips while recording
The main camera zooms into the chosen area after the Zoom delay for the Zoom duration. Drag the frame on the picture to change the area.
Right-click the picture for view settings (lock the frame, label window, rotate).
Type in Remarks and click Send to show the text on the video (for example “1 item missing”).
Scanning an order that was already recorded follows the Duplicate tracking number setting.
4. Review videos
The Today card on the main screen shows today's recorded, shipping, return and backed-up counts and the latest orders.
Click View records (the orange button at the top) to search by order number, filter by date or type, open a video or its folder, take pictures from a video, compress/export to send to a marketplace, or delete (to the Recycle Bin).
The Cloud tab there lists backed-up videos, including those recorded on a phone; click to watch or download.
Videos are saved by date in the video folder; file names contain the time and the order number.
5. Settings
Recording: Recording audio (muted / computer audio / computer + mic) and the Video encoder: H.264 plays everywhere, H.265 saves space.
Scanning: what to do with a Duplicate tracking number; Scan rules (characters, length, confirmations, prefixes) help ignore product barcodes.
On this computer: the Video folder and free space; Delete old recordings with how many days to keep (7–180).
Wukong cloud: turn on Back up each order to the cloud. Cloud files are kept 3 months; the files on the computer stay.
Every change saves automatically.
6. Membership
The top right shows your plan and days left (orange at 3 days or less, red when expired). Click it for Member center / renew or to sign out.
To renew: choose a plan (Personal, Shop, Warehouse), then month, quarter or year, and scan the VietQR code with your banking app. The time is added automatically after the transfer.
The member center also lets you enter a gift code, get your invite code (you receive 30 days when a friend pays for the first time) and unlink an old computer.
The phone app uses the same account; you can use as many phones as your plan has computers.
7. Updates and support
New versions download by themselves; when ready, a green notice appears at the top. Click it to restart and update (an order being recorded is never interrupted).
The More menu (···): change language, Send logs to support after a problem, Check for updates, see the version.
Camera not found? Replug the USB cable, click the refresh icon next to the camera status, and close other apps using the camera (Zalo, Zoom…).
Can I record offline? Yes, for up to 7 days after the last online check, within your membership. Videos go to the cloud when the connection returns.
Videos not reaching the cloud? Check that backup is on, the plan is paid (trials have no cloud) and the space is not full. The status shows under the backup switch.
New computer? Sign in on it; if all places are taken, unlink the old computer in the member center.
Disk almost full? Turn on Delete old recordings or choose a video folder on another drive.
