Chính sách này giải thích phần mềm Wukong Pack dành cho Windows, ứng dụng Wukong Pack trên điện thoại, đám mây Wukong và dịch vụ thành viên tại member.wukongpack.vn (gọi chung là “Wukong Pack”) thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn như thế nào. Wukong Pack do đội ngũ Wukong Pack vận hành.
1. Video quay và hình ảnh camera
Phần mềm dùng camera (và micro, nếu bạn bật thu âm) để quay video đóng gói và trả hàng khi bạn bắt đầu quay. Phần mềm không quay ngầm.
Video và ảnh luôn được lưu trên máy tính (hoặc điện thoại) của bạn, trong thư mục bạn chọn.
Chỉ khi bạn bật “Tự sao lưu lên đám mây” (dành cho hội viên đã thanh toán), bản sao mỗi video được tải lên đám mây Wukong kèm mã vận đơn, loại đơn (gửi hàng/hoàn hàng), thời điểm quay, kích thước và mã băm của tệp. Khi tắt, không có video nào được tải lên.
Video trên đám mây chỉ tài khoản của bạn xem và tải được, và tự động bị xóa 3 tháng sau khi tải lên.
Mã vận đơn được quét dùng để đặt tên, tìm kiếm video và (nếu bật đám mây) sắp xếp video trên đám mây.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Tài khoản: tên tài khoản, tên hiển thị (nếu có) và mật khẩu (chỉ lưu dạng băm có muối, chúng tôi không biết mật khẩu của bạn).
Thiết bị: mã thiết bị và các giá trị băm một chiều của thông tin phần cứng/Windows, dùng để liên kết gói thành viên với máy tính, cấp giấy phép ngoại tuyến và ngăn lạm dụng dùng thử. Chúng tôi lưu thời điểm thiết bị được thấy lần đầu và lần cuối.
Thành viên và thanh toán: gói đã mua, số tiền, trạng thái và mã tham chiếu giao dịch. Thanh toán được thực hiện qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng và đối tác thanh toán (SePay); chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu thông tin thẻ hoặc mật khẩu ngân hàng.
Nhật ký chẩn đoán: khi phần mềm gặp sự cố, báo cáo lỗi được tự động gửi lên máy chủ; bạn cũng có thể bấm “Gửi nhật ký”. Gói nhật ký gồm nhật ký hoạt động, báo cáo lỗi, phiên bản phần mềm, thông tin hệ điều hành và phần cứng, và các tệp cấu hình của phần mềm. Nhật ký có thể chứa mã vận đơn và đường dẫn thư mục; mật khẩu và mã đăng nhập được che đi trước khi gửi.
Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP và thời điểm truy cập khi phần mềm kết nối đến máy chủ thành viên hoặc máy chủ cập nhật (updates.wukongpack.vn, qua Cloudflare).
3. Mục đích sử dụng
Đăng nhập, xác minh gói thành viên và cho phép tiếp tục quay khi tạm thời mất mạng.
Xử lý thanh toán và gia hạn thành viên.
Tìm và sửa lỗi, cải thiện độ ổn định của phần mềm.
Ngăn chặn gian lận và lạm dụng dùng thử.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân, không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích tiếp thị.
4. Bên thứ ba xử lý dữ liệu
Nhà cung cấp máy chủ đám mây lưu trữ dịch vụ thành viên.
Cloudflare: DNS, phân phối bản cập nhật phần mềm và lưu trữ video đám mây (Cloudflare R2).
SePay và ngân hàng: xử lý thanh toán chuyển khoản.
Microsoft Store (nếu bạn cài từ Store): phân phối và cập nhật phần mềm theo chính sách của Microsoft.
Chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp cho cơ quan nhà nước khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
5. Thời gian lưu trữ
Video trên đám mây: tự động xóa 3 tháng sau khi tải lên, hoặc khi tài khoản bị xóa.
Nhật ký chẩn đoán: tự động xoá sau 90 ngày.
Tài khoản và thiết bị: trong thời gian tài khoản còn sử dụng; khi bạn yêu cầu xoá, chúng tôi xoá hoặc ẩn danh hoá, trừ dữ liệu phải giữ theo quy định.
Giao dịch thanh toán: theo thời hạn pháp luật về kế toán, thuế yêu cầu.
Trên máy tính của bạn, nhật ký cục bộ được giữ tối đa 14 ngày; video do bạn tự quản lý.
6. Bảo mật
Kết nối đến máy chủ được mã hoá (HTTPS). Mật khẩu được băm, mã đăng nhập được lưu dạng băm trên máy chủ, giấy phép ngoại tuyến và bản cập nhật được ký số. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng đến dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo theo quy định.
7. Quyền của bạn
Theo pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu, rút lại sự đồng ý và khiếu nại. Để thực hiện các quyền này hoặc xoá tài khoản, hãy liên hệ với chúng tôi qua email bên dưới.
8. Trẻ em
Wukong Pack là công cụ dành cho người bán hàng, không dành cho người dưới 16 tuổi.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở trên; thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong phần mềm.
This policy explains how the Wukong Pack app for Windows, the Wukong Pack phone app, the Wukong cloud and the membership service at member.wukongpack.vn (together, “Wukong Pack”) collect, use and protect your data. Wukong Pack is operated by the Wukong Pack team.
1. Recordings and camera images
The app uses your cameras (and microphone, if you turn on audio) to record packing and return videos when you start a recording. It never records in the background.
Videos and photos are always saved on your computer (or phone), in the folder you choose.
Only if you turn on “Back up each order to the cloud” (for paying members) is a copy of each video uploaded to the Wukong cloud, with its tracking number, order type (shipping/return), recording time, size and file hash. When it is off, no video is uploaded.
Cloud videos can be viewed and downloaded only by your account and are deleted automatically 3 months after upload.
Scanned tracking numbers are used to name and find videos and, with cloud backup on, to organize them in the cloud.
2. Data we collect
Account: account name, display name (optional) and password (stored only as a salted hash; we cannot see your password).
Device: a device ID and one-way hashes of hardware/Windows identifiers, used to bind your membership to your computer, issue the offline license and prevent trial abuse. We store when a device was first and last seen.
Membership and payments: the plan you bought, amount, status and transaction reference. Payments are made by bank transfer through our payment partner (SePay); we never receive or store card details or banking passwords.
Diagnostic logs: when the app crashes, a crash report is sent to our server automatically; you can also click “Send logs”. A log bundle contains activity logs, crash reports, the app version, operating system and hardware details, and the app’s configuration files. Logs may contain tracking numbers and folder paths; passwords and login tokens are masked before sending.
Technical data: IP address and access time when the app contacts the membership server or the update server (updates.wukongpack.vn, through Cloudflare).
3. How we use it
To sign you in, verify your membership and let you keep recording during short internet outages.
To process payments and extend memberships.
To find and fix bugs and improve the app’s stability.
To prevent fraud and trial abuse.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Service providers
A cloud server provider that hosts the membership service.
Cloudflare: DNS, delivery of app updates and storage of cloud videos (Cloudflare R2).
SePay and banks: processing bank-transfer payments.
Microsoft Store (if you installed from the Store): distribution and updates under Microsoft’s policies.
We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
5. Retention
Cloud videos: deleted automatically 3 months after upload, or when the account is deleted.
Diagnostic logs: deleted automatically after 90 days.
Account and device data: while your account is in use; when you ask us to delete it, we delete or anonymize it, except data we must keep by law.
Payment records: for the period required by accounting and tax law.
On your computer, local logs are kept for up to 14 days; you manage your own videos.
6. Security
Connections to our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, login tokens are stored as hashes on the server, and offline licenses and updates are digitally signed. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent and to complain. To exercise these rights or delete your account, email us at the address below.
8. Children
Wukong Pack is a tool for online sellers and is not intended for anyone under 16.
9. Changes
When this policy changes we update this page and the effective date above; important changes are announced in the app.
